About Me
Tiffany Wood is a Certified Anusara Yoga Instructor. Drawing from a background in dance, a national certification in therapeutic bodywork, and 13 years of study with John Friend, Tiffany is one of Utah’s most respected and experienced yoga teachers. Practicing what she believes to be truth, she credits all of her teachers for opening her eyes and heart to a very beautiful and compassionate journey of self discovery and transformation. Tiffany’s heart oriented approach inspires students of all abilities to embrace radical self-acceptance so that they may live harmoniously within their bodies and the world around them.
