About Me
(Kay). Kay’s journey of yoga began in 2005. Since then, Kay has been certified at the 200-hour level of Iyengar-style Yoga by Kim Valeri of YOGAspirits Studio and as a Relax & Renew Restorative Yoga Teacher by Judith Lasater. Kay is a registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) with the Yoga Alliance and continually explores new techniques throughout the United States to enhance not only her teaching, but her personal practice as well. Kay has experienced the benefits of body and mental development throughout her childhood and in turn decide to also teach yoga to children. Kay completed the Radiant Child Yoga Program (RCYP 2) by Shakta Kaur Khalsa and Yogakids Foundation by Masha Wenig. Kay also teaches a diverse blend of meditation techniques drawn from her long-time experience of Vipassana - insight meditation.
