About Me  
When talking about yoga in Indonesia, particularly in Java, which is the busiest and the most populated island in the country, Rocky Mustafa is the name often mentioned as one of the most inspiring yoga teachers known in the country. Rocky began his interest in yoga at an early age, but was caught up in city life and work. It was many years later that his passion for yoga enabled him to resign from his previous job as one of Indonesia’s “Top 20 Stock Brokers”. For Rocky, yoga is an oasis from a stressful city lifestyle. With deep and true passion for yoga, Rocky has explored various yogic paths, from all around the globe, such as Iyengar Yoga, Anusara, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa, as well as things related to therapy and Ayuverdic healing. Currently, Rocky is involved in numerous activities. He teaches some classes in the local clubhouses and gyms, as well as to private clients. Rocky has co- managed the Asia Yoga Conference in Hong Kong and is one of their ambassadors. Most recently Rocky is the co-founder/partner in a new Yoga Studio in Surabaya, East Java. Rocky believes that love and humbleness are important keys in teaching and inspiring people, as they bring balance to the physical and emotional side of human potential.
