About Me
I've been teaching yoga in the Hunter at Maitland, Newcastle and Dungog since the start of the millenium. I've wanted to participate in the Yoga Aid Challenge for the last 2 years but uni commitments stopped me, but this year is different. I'm hoping together with all the other great teachers that have volunteered we can cultivate that fantastic ideal of 'Giving for Living', something our society needs so much more of.
