About Me
Yoga has provided me with the tools to face my fears and live from my heart, no matter what others may think of me. My yogic journey has been one of adventure + love. I have taught yoga for 5 years thus far and am proud to be Canada's second (Alberta's first) certified Baptiste Yoga Teacher. I am also a certified Life Coach and have founded 3 yoga studios in Canada (yogadown.ca) and am in the process of re-locating my family, which includes my awesome husband + fellow inspirational yoga teacher Kevin McQuillan + our beautiful angel daughter Bili Be, to Costa Rica! Together we light up the world with love.
