About Me
I teach yoga in a very, very small town in the Adirondack Mountains in New York. My off-the-mat yoga is all about the environment, supporting the regional Sierra Club chapter and being a very active participant in our local lake association. Our local economy is dependent on clean water, clean air and lots of trees, as well as healthy individuals to enjoy it all, so I do what I can. I support Off the Mat, Into the World's local activism and global vision, and the work they do empowering people in small communities worldwide.
