About Me
I'm excited to be an ambassador for this Yoga Aid Challenge event in Salt Lake City! I am passionate about sharing yoga with At-Risk Adolescents and sharing the tools that bring balance, centeredness, acceptance and connection back to their lives. I currently teach Bikram Yoga publically at Bikram Yoga in Sugarhouse and am actively involved with Off the Mat into the World through my work with At-Risk Youth and Training with Hala Khouri, co-founder of OTM.
